1 1/2 c Flour
1 T. Parsley flakes (if desired)
2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t salt
3 T shortening (i use butter)
3/4 C milk
1.Mix flour, parsley,baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Cut in shortening, using pastrey blender or criss crossing 2 knives, untill mixture looks like fine crumbs.
2.Drop dough by 10 spoonfulls onto hot meat or vegetables in boiling stew (do not drop directly into liquid). Cook uncovered for 10 min. Cover and cook for 10 more min
